About The Course

The course is offered to all Georgia real estate professionals by an experienced Master Home Inspector to educate brokers and their team of realtors.

The course explains how to read between the lines of a report and recognize what’s truly important in a home inspection. Tips and advice are included regarding seeking a quality home inspector and what should be expected from an inspector. It will also help one discover “hidden treasure” in the report as a realtor and client.

Most importantly, the course will help in translating technical words into everyday language to improve communication between realtors and home buyers.

Upon successful completion of the course participants will receive:

• 3 CE Credits (1 for each hour = 3 total)
• Certificate of Completion
